Cancellation Information:
Cancellations are to be advised in writing by mail, fax or email. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of an amount equivalent to first night's accommodation tariff. Reservations cancelled outside of 14 days of arrival will incur an AUD60.00 administration fee.

How To Get There:
The property is located on Port Douglas Road, one kilometre from roundabout at the entrance of the Sheraton Mirage Complex. Reception is located at the front of the building.

Opening Hours:
Weekends and Public Holidays 0900 to 1200.

Pet Information:
No animals allowed.

Tariff Information:
For bookings of seven nights or less, a deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation tariff is required. For bookings greater than seven nights, a deposit equivalent to two nights accommodation tariff is required.
Deposits can be paid by credit card or direct debit (account details can be provided if needed). Visa, Mastercard and American Express, however, all American Express transactions are subject to a three per cent surcharge. Balance of payment is due on check-in or prior to arrival. If paying by cheque, payment is to be received no later than seven days prior to arrival, if payment is by direct debit is to be received no later than 48 hours prior to arrival.
Children and extra persons are charged at AUD26.00 per night. Cots are available for AUD10.00 per night.
Please note that a three night minimum stay applies to bookings for the Three Bedroom Suite in all seasons.
