The Jellyfish is a stylish four bedroom and two bathroom spacious holiday home is situated in a perfect location for the family holiday. Forget the car this beach house is central to everything; only a six minute stroll to the patrolled beach, 100 metres to the park with play ground facilities and barbecue, 300metres to canal access, and 600 metres to Kawana Shopping World. It is just four minutes drive off the Sunshine Motorway, and only 500 metres to a selection of cafes and restaurants. It's a short 15 minute drive to Sunshine Coast airport, and is three kilometres to the boat ramp.

The beach house is tucked in quiet beach side neighbourhood featuring large separate formal and casual living areas including an undercover outdoor barbecue and entertaining area. The backyard is fully fenced providing a play area for children. Complimentary use of a high chair, portacot and nappy change table is available on request. Also complementary super fast wireless internet and satellite Austar Television is all included. They also have a great range of books, board games and a complimentary DVD library.

This relaxing house would be perfect for a family holiday or two families or large group of friends.

There is also excellent security at this property for your peace of mind. The property has a back to base alarm system. All valuables (for example televisions, DVDs, furniture) are visibly engraved. Also keys are not required for this property - before you are due to arrive a digital code will be emailed to you which you will use to open all doors. This code will activate from 2.00p.m. on the Sunday you are due to arrive and will de-activate at 10.00a.m. on the Sunday that you are due to leave.

The Jellyfish Beach House is 97 kilometres north of Brisbane International Airport. Head north along the Bruce Highway. Take the ramp to the Sunshine Motorway. Continue straight onto Sunshine Motorway (8.9 kilometres). Turn right at Brisbane Road (650 metres). Continue onto Nicklin Way (1.9 kilometres). Turn right into Sunbird Chase (16 metres). Continue onto Sunbird Chase (80 metres). Turn right to stay on Sunbird Chase (60 metres). Take the first left to Pheasant Street. Destination is on the left. Address is 4 Pheasant Street, Parrearra.

Additional adults (up to 10 people) are charged at AUD20.00 (low season), and AUD40.00 (shoulder/peak/high season) per person, per night.

Beach House
