Located 90 minutes north of Brisbane in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland, just outside the charming mountain village of Montville. With its vast array of cafes, speciality shops, galleries and restaurants, The Falls is the ideal sanctuary to unwind and rediscover the simple pleasures of life while you listen to the chorus of birds and frogs.

Tucked away in a sub-tropical rainforest setting the ""Queenslander"" style cottages offer total privacy and seclusion. A warm cosy environment has been achieved through the use of country style furniture and antique collectables.

Air-conditioning, ceiling fan, wood fire and a generous size verandah allows guests to relax in comfort. A double spa, pampering spa products, two person shower, soft fluffy robes and little extras including fresh roses, fine chocolates and port are provided to ensure your stay at The Falls is memorable. Breakfast provisions are also supplied.

Situated only 400 metres from Kondalilla National Park and with the Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great! Walk passing their front door this is the perfect venue for those interested in the outdoors. Picnic hampers, first aid kits and bottled spring water are available to take on your walk with return transfers provided by your hosts.

How To Get There:
From Brisbane Airport join Gateway Motorway North (Sunshine Coast). This joins the Bruce Highway. From Brisbane City take Gympie Arterial Road until it joins the Bruce Highway. Take the exit for Australia Zoo (Steve Irwin Way). When at Landsborough follow signs to Maleny. Five kilometres south of Maleny turn right to Montville. Approximately 17 kilometres from this turn, turn left into Kondalilla Falls Road. They are 300 metres down on the left.
Driving from the north, take the "Parklands" exit off the Bruce Highway. Turn right at the first set of lights (National Park Road). Follow this road to Mapleton (the Mapleton Hotel will be on your right), then along the top of the range. Kondalilla Falls Road is approximately six kilometres on the right from Mapleton.
