Pets Allowed:
Yes. Pets under ten kilograms are permitted as long as the guest pays for carpet cleaning, an extra night's accommodation so that the carpets have time to dry, and also any damage to the apartment caused by the pet. The pet must be in a cage when being transported in the common areas of the complex.
Cancellation Information:
A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 72 hours of arrival time. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card provided, or deducted from the reservation deposit.
Opening Hours:
Reception is open from 0700 to 1900 Weekdays, 0700 to 1500 Saturday and 0800 to 1400 Sunday and public holidays.
Tariff Information:
A booking that has not been confirmed by a valid credit card number, purchase order, or a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.
A 3.5 per cent surcharge applies to payment by Amex and Diners cards.
How To Get There:
From the Bruce Highway, keep going straight toward the City on Gympie Road through Aspley, past the Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre. Turn first left after the Hamilton Road lights into Hall Street, left again into Thomas Street.
From the south (the city) the easiest route is via Lutwyche Road, which leads onto Gympie Road, through the suburbs of Lutwyche and Kedron. Turn right onto Kuran Street then left on Kingsmill Street, left into Hall Street and right into Thomas Street.
From the east, follow the East-west Arterial Road under the Gateway Motorway, keep going straight until Sandgate Road, and turn right past Toombul Shopping Centre and through the Nundah tunnel. Turn left into Hamilton Road then left into Thomas Street.
