Children:
Children are welcome. There is a games room, wading pool and free in-house movies for them. Coolum Beach is a very family friendly place. Great Beach, Surf Club and shops.

Disabled:
There is access for guests with a disability. They have a one and two bedroom wheelchair friendly apartment on the ground floor. Coolum Beach is a very easy place to get around for all.

Cancellation Information:
Low Season: When a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, you will forfeit the full deposit. When a booking is cancelled outside of 14 days of the arrival date, a AUD70.00 administration fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded via cheque.
High Season: When a booking is cancelled within 28 days of the arrival date, you will forfeit the full deposit. When a booking is cancelled outside of 28 days on the arrival date, a AUD70.00 administration fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded via cheque.

Other Facilities:
Apartments can accommodate a maximum of one extra adult or child. Extra person is charged at AUD35.00 per night. Cots are also available at a cost of AUD25.00 per night.

How To Get There:
Take the Bruce Highway north, follow Sunshine Motorway towards Noosa, turn off at Coolum exit. Follow Coolum-Yandina Road to lights. Turn right, fourth resort from lights on right hand side.

Tariff Information:
Low Season Bookings AUD100.00 deposit is required at the time the booking is taken for up to two nights. AUD200.00 deposit is required at the time the booking is taken for three nights and more. The Balance of the money is payable on arrival.
For High Season Bookings AUD200.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. 60 days prior to arrival date, 30 per cent of the total accommodation price is payable to secure your High Season Booking. The balance is payable on arrival.
