The Artist's Cottage is a spacious, tropical styled apartment with classical Queensland architecture, set against luscious gardens and looking outwards to towering paperbark eucalyptus. The cottage is a standalone structure tucked away in the local residential block of ""Fullmoon Terraces"", both quiet and secluded. Situated on the second story, it takes full advantage of the tropical breezes and natural light.

The cottage comprises of one large spacious bedroom with its own private verandah, fully contained kitchen, large bathroom and laundry. The living room and indoor dining lead through french doors opening to the tropical outdoor dining area. On the ground level there is a deck with a setting for four, the perfect place to enjoy the colourful gardens, pond and wildlife. With its tropical landscaping and sparkling pool, the cottage finds the perfect balance between comfort, and cool artistic contemporary style. The size of the one bedroom apartment is 98 square metres, and it is known as the largest in Port Douglas.
