Surfers Beachside wants to ensure that their customers with special needs are able to stay as comfortably and hassle-free as possible. They have lift access to every floor in their complex however all their showers have a 10 centimetre lip entrance. Please feel free to contact them for more specific information.

Cancellation Information:
On arrival an imprint of your credit card is required. Cancellation Policy:- If cancelled within: 7 days of arrival - No refund on deposit. If cancelled 8-14 days of arrival - 50 per cent refund on deposit. If cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival - Refund given minus AUD50 administration fee.
There is no refund in event of a shortened stay. .

How To Get There:
Travelling south from Brisbane - Travelling on the Pacific Motorway (M1) Take the Smith Street Surfers Paradise Exit 66 from the Motorway, Parkwood for approximately eight kilometres. Smith Street becomes North Street, continue till T junction. Turn right into Gold Coast Highway travel 5.7 kilometres. Turn left into Markwell Avenue Surfers Paradise travel 0.3 kilometres. Turn right at Northcliffe Terrace travel 0.1 kilometres. Continue along this road becomes Garfield Terrace travel another 0.1 kilometre. Turn right at Vista Street, Surfers Paradise.

Spacious apartments are available with one queen size bed. Suitable for one to three persons, offering a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full conventional oven with stove. All kitchen utilities, cutlery, crockery and linen are included in the tariff. Each apartment also offers a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, direct dial telephones and clock radio.
