Cancellation Policy
A cancellation more than 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date is required to refund deposit.
In case of cancellation less than 28 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the initial reservation will be charged.
In case of no show or anticipated departure, the full amount of the initial reservation will be fully charged, and the reservations will automatically be cancelled
General Comments
Please note your acceptance of these terms and conditions is a requirement when making a booking.
Check-in is 2 pm until 7 pm. If arrival is outside the check-in time, please call to advise. Check out time must take place before 10 am on the departure day
Breakfast must be ordered at check in or requested on the reservation form. Breakfast will be served from 8:00 am - 09:30 am.
Payment methods: Accept Visa, Master Card, direct deposit, cash.
Facilities and grounds are for paying guests only, sorry no visitors.
Guests are responsible for damage, loss or theft from their cottages.

How To Get There
How to get to Sunshine Valley Cottages:
Coming from Brisbane (100 kilometres) or Gympie (80 kilometres). Take the Bruce Highway and take exit towards Nambour / Maroochydore (This is the same turn off as for the Big Pineapple).
Follow the Nambour directions until you see the turn-off Woombye on your left. Turn left onto Blackall Street and keep following onto Back Woombye Road and then onto Old Palmwoods Road.
After approximately one kilometre you will see their sign board Sunshine Valley Cottages on the right hand side of the road.

The Cottage
The kitchen, dining and lounge area is open plan with sweeping views of the tropical garden. Their spacious and comfortable cottages are equipped with: a queen size bed, a flat screen television/DVD/CD, an I-pod docking station, radio alarm clock, bathroom with vanity, free toiletries and hair dryer, shower and toilet, linen and towels, full equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, a microwave and electric cook top, iron and ironing board, comfortable sofa, split system air-conditioning, ceiling fan, private covered verandah with table and chairs, a gas barbecue, free parking.
A breakfast basket can be served if desired, their cottages are equipped to self cater if preferred.
The cottages are non smoking, but smoking on your private verandah is allowed.
There is free Wi-Fi at the communal terrace.
