Cancellation Policy
Shoulder Season: Easter and all School Holidays (excluding June school holidays).
A 10 per cent minimum deposit is required at the time of booking for low season and a 20 per cent deposit for peak season (unless by other arrangement). A typical deposit is AUD150.00 for low.
Deposits are non-refundable unless 28 days notice of cancellation is given prior to the arrival date for high season or 14 days notice prior to the arrival date is required for cancellations of the Low and Shoulder Season. A cancellation fee of AUD50.00 will apply.
An administration cancellation fee of AUD50.00 will be deducted from any refunds which are paid by cheque only. No refund is given for early departure.
