Imagine strolling, fishing, swimming, relaxing, four wheel driving, picnicking and anything to do with a beach-side lifestyle. The unspoiled beach faces north-east and is bounded by the Kolan River to the north and the Moore Park Creek to the south. This offers estuary as well as beach fishing opportunities. There are excellent public parks, linked walkways and car access points to the beach. The beach is rated in the least hazardous category by Surf Life Saving Australia.

How To Get There
From Bundaberg follow the Gin Gin signs until, just prior to crossing the train line, turn right onto Moore Park Road. Drive approximately 19 kilometres and turn left at the Service Station on Murdochs Road. Drive a further four kilometres and turn right into Palm View Drive. Drive straight through the roundabout and take the first turn right into Palm Court.
The booking office is located at Beachside Real Estate approximately one kilometre along Sylvan Drive at Beachside Central shops.

There is a minimum booking period of two nights and outside school holidays, for each seven night booking there is one provided night at no charge.
Sundowner is a three bedroom (one Queen, one double and two single) house which sleeps up to six people. It is comfortably laid out and has a holiday atmosphere. There is a fully self-contained kitchen and laundry. It is pet friendly and has a fenced yard. There is undercover parking.
