Cancellation Policy
An administration charge of AUD30.00 applies to all cancellations along with: Peak season - bookings cancelled 28 days or more prior to planned date of arrival incur administration charge. No refund for bookings cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival date unless apartment is re-let for total period. The administration charge will be deducted from deposit before remainder is refunded when re-let. Other times - bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date will not be refunded unless re-let for total period and an administration charge of AUD30.00 applies.

Spinnaker Quays is located on Parkyn Parade in Mooloolaba. From the Bruce Highway follow the signs to their neighbour Underwater World. One hour north of Brisbane and just 12 minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport.
