The one bedroom apartments have a queen-size room and a futon bed in the living area, the two bedroom apartment has an extra room with two single beds and a trundle. The three bedroom apartments have all this plus an extra queen-size bed in the third bedroom and an extra bathroom. A huge recreation area with a swimming pool is available for guests, so you don't need a car, just your clothes and a beach towel.
Sit on your balcony overlooking the water and watch the fabulous sunsets, facing north out to the Coral Sea. Horseshoe Bay is the centre for all the water sports and yacht moorings because it is calm. Downstairs the resort has a restaurant and a supermarket. There are more restaurants and cafes to choose from as well as their local bar.

Cancellation Policy
A deposit of AUD200.00 is required to confirm all bookings. Cancellation of a booking will incur an AUD100.00 fee with the balance kept for use anytime within the next 12 month period. Any 'no-show' will be charged in full, and cancellations during peak seasons will only be accepted three weeks prior. If the apartment is not on-sold, full charges will apply.

General Comments
The Blue Reef Bar and Bistro which is located in the resort will provide you with room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner and will also cater for special occasion meals and celebrations.
How To Get There
Take the ferry from Townsville and bus or taxi from the ferry terminal in Nelly Bay. For self drive guests, take car ferry from Townsville. Once in Nelly Bay, follow the main road all the way to Horseshoe Bay (approximately six minutes drive). Turn right at the T-intersection in Horseshoe Bay. Shaws on the Shore reception is located right behind the Foodworks supermarket on Pacific Drive.
