Seascape Holiday House is a modern well appointed self contained home situated in its own private grounds on the Seventeen Seventy Headland. The house is on the ocean front and faces north east enjoying ample sun and breezes. It contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms/toilets and a spacious living area. There is a large partially covered deck overlooking the ocean below. Other facilities are two lock up garages, boat parking area, barbecue facilities, digital flat screen television, DVD player, compact disc player, dishwasher, washing machine and a fish/bait freezer. Linen and towels are provided. A safe still water or ocean beach swimming areas are a short stroll away and rock and beach fishing sports are nearby. Free wireless internet access available.

This holiday home contains all facilities needed for short or longer term travellers or holiday makers. A special discount rate applies to couples using only one bedroom with ensuite they will have sole occupancy of the property. It is owner operated, scrupulously clean and maintained. Owners live nearby and are available 24 hours for assistance if required. It is only a short distance from the marina for reef and LARC trips.

How To Get There:
Drive or coach to Agnes Water. Turn into Captain Cook Drive at Agnes Water Service Station and proceed six kilometres to the Town of Seventeen Seventy passing the marina, tavern and camp grounds to the headland. Ocean Drive is the second street on the right after going left at stop sign on headland.

This house is singularly let and includes a bedroom containing one queen bed, another room with one queen bed and the third room with a double bed and single bunk over. Two bathrooms, two toilets, laundry, lounge, dining room, large kitchen, partly covered ocean view deck, double lockup garage and off street boat parking.
