Children are welcome and there is a games room specifically designed for those in the six to 18 age group on the premises which includes a television, arcade games and a pool table.

Although not specifically designed for access by guests with a disability the rooms are spacious and selected units have good bathroom access.
Cancellation Policy
Low Season: There is no refund of deposit for amendments or cancellations 14 days or less from the date of arrival.
Mid Season: There is no refund of deposit for amendments or cancellations 21 days or less from the date of arrival.
High Season: There is no refund of deposit for amendments or cancellations 28 days or less from the date of arrival.
All other bookings incur an AUD50.00 administration fee. There is no refund after check in for a shortening of stay.
Refunds are processed by Trust Cheque in AUD only.

How To Get There
A short five minute drive north from Gold Coast Airport on Golden Four Drive, which runs parallel to the Gold Coast Highway. If coming from the north take Exit 95 to Tugun. At the set of lights, cross, then turn right and take either the first or second turn on the left. This is Golden Four Drive. Head south and they are situated 300 metres south of the shops.
