How To Get There:
You will find Rubyvale Gem Gallery right in the heart of Rubyvale, which is 60 kilometres west of Emerald. From the turn-off on the Capricorn Highway, just follow the signs to Rubyvale. As you come down the hill and veer left into the town you will see the distinctive boulder and timber building on the immediate left which is Rubyvale Gem Gallery and Rubyvale Cafe. You can check in to your apartment from Rubyvale Gem Gallery.

Weather:
Sunny Queensland provides perfect weather for fossicking in winter with temperatures reaching the mid 20 degrees. Air-conditioning in all the apartments keep you cool in the warmer months.

The one bedroom apartments feature a comfortable queen sized bed with locally crafted wrought iron bedhead, side tables, and full sized mirrored wardrobe. Split system air-conditioners in each room. All linen supplied. The kitchenette has a fridge-freezer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, and all the cooking equipment, cutlery, glassware, and crockery that you could need. The lounge room has one 3 seater couch, and another 3 seater sofa bed that sleeps 2 people. The apartment also has a modern fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, and the dining area has a table and chairs. The upstairs apartment has 2 decks, both with table and chairs on them, and the downstairs apartment has a patio area with table and chairs.
