Enjoy alfresco dining on your private balcony overlooking the well maintained gardens below. Spacious and light, the apartment is tiled throughout with an open plan living and dining area. All apartments offer gourmet kitchens, separate laundry and a larger than average master bedroom with double entry ensuite. Features within the property include: Reverse cycle air conditioning, WiFi Connection, Austar and Onsite Management. Rimini by the River is a security gated complex and features an outdoor barbecue area, heated in ground pool and spa.
Rimini is approximately a 50 metre stroll to restaurants, shops, attractions and water activities. Close by are top quality golf courses, bowls clubs, and less than four kilometres to Noosa's main surf beach.

Cancellation Information:
Low Season: Please be aware that an administration fee of AUD100.00 applies to cancellations. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival the full deposit is forfeited.
Peak Season: No cancellations/or refunds for peak season bookings. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival the full deposit is forfeited.
Tariff Information:
If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of Rimini Management.
Rimini will allocate apartment the evening prior to arrival according to availability. Rimini will attempt to honour any requests, but we will not be able to guarantee such requests.
Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and cash are accepted. Payment by cheque must be paid one week prior to arrival.
If expected arrival is after 5.00 p.m. please advise so arrangements can be made to collect key Monday to Friday. If arriving after 12.00 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday please advise prior to arrival.
Extra persons at AUD30.00 per person per night up to a maximum of four persons in one bedroom, six persons in two bedroom.
