Cancellation Policy
Direct Bookings AUD200.00 is required to secure a booking, with balance payable on arrival.
Cancellation Policy - Over 30 days notice of cancellation an administration fee of AUD100 applies, with the balance of deposit refundable. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival, deposit is non-refundable.
General Comments
Tours can be booked at reception during your stay and the reception staff have a full knowledge about what's on offer to suit your needs. If you are honeymooning why not ask about the honeymoon suites.
How To Get There
Travel along the Cook Highway north from Cairns towards Mossman. Turn into Port Douglas Road at the Port Douglas sign and continue along it as it changes into Davidson Street. At the T-intersection of Davidson and Macrossan Streets, turn left, then first left again. The entrance is located approximately 20 metres up on the right hand side. There is secure underground parking.
