If a booking is cancelled prior to 21 days your deposit will be refunded less a AUD40.00 administration fee. Within 21 days no refund of deposit will be given unless a re-let for that booking period is obtained.

How To Get There:
Follow the Bruce Highway. Take the Maroochydore turnoff and follow Maroochydore Road to Maroochydore. Turn left into Beach Road (not far past The Plaza Shopping Centre) which runs into Duporth Avenue. Turn right into Picnic Point Esplanade and travel to the end.

Tariff Information:
Extra persons are AUD20.00 per night or AUD100.00 per week (including mattress and linen). Cot or highchair available AUD5.00 per day or AUD25.00 per week.
Easter holidays add AUD150.00 to the overall Shoulder Season rate.
