Credit Card details are required to guaranteed your reservation at the time of booking. Cancellations within three days of arrival date will incur one nights' cancellation fee. Cancellations three days or more of arrival date do not incur cancellation fees. Cash bond or credit card imprint required at time of check in to cover incidentals.

Q1 Resort and Spa Party Policy is as follows. Each apartment requires a guardian of legal age (18 years or greater). Parties are not permitted in apartments. Registered guests only permitted in apartments after 9.00 p.m. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Excessive levels of alcohol are not to be brought onto the premises. Apartments are to be left in original condition on check out or additional charges will apply. Photo identification of all occupants is required. Apartments require a Security Deposit of AUD100.00 credit card bond or AUD250.00 cash bond upon check in.
Failure to comply with the above will result in eviction of the guest/s from the property. Q1 Resort and Spa reserves the right to retain all accommodation paid.
