Description
The Pitstop Lodge Guesthouse and Bed and Breakfast is a home away from home. Pitstop Lodge is a self contained old Queensland home with a comfortable, homely atmosphere, at a reasonable price.
Up to 12 people can be accommodated in the house, which makes it ideal for groups as well as couples and singles. Pitstop Lodge has three queen sized bedrooms, and a dormitory style area with six single beds. All linen is supplied. There are 2 bathrooms with fans and heaters. Plenty of off street and undercover parking. There is also a self-contained adjoining cottage which has a double bedroom, sofa bed and a single bed if required and a bathroom and toilet.
... morePitstop Lodge Guesthouse is ideally situated within walking distance of Warwick city centre, restaurants and clubs. There are plenty of restaurants to try including Italian, Indian, Thai and Chinese, or a fantastic country steak at one of the many pubs in town.
A large rear deck provides a pleasant area where guests can relax after a busy day and watch the sunset over a quiet drink and cook a barbecue.
Pitstop Lodge can be booked as a whole house or as individual bookings.

Disabled persons are welcome. The house is on one level once up the five stairs.
Cancellation Policy
The 20 per cent deposit will be refunded if at least two weeks notice of cancellation is given. Three weeks notice is required for special events weekends such as long weekends, polocrosse or motor racing weekends or rodeo week.
General Comments
There are two bathrooms in the house. Three Queen Rooms are available.
A separate cottage in double room with bathroom, kitchen and heater.
Undercover carparking is available.

Continental Breakfast is included in room rate however a cooked breakfast is also available for an additional AUD10.00.
Cheaper rates apply for stays of two nights or more.
Family packages are available.
Queen Rooms
Pitstop Lodge Bed and Breakfast Queen rooms are large and each have a little sitting area with old style wooden wardrobes. Rooms have heating in winter, and fans in summer. All linen supplied. Continental breakfast included and cooked breakfast is available on request at AUD10 per person.

This room is available for those on a budget, or children as part of a family group. Very reasonable rates, shared facilities, and sure beats camping.

Whole House
Pitstop Lodge has three queen size bedrooms, one of which has an extra single bed, and five single beds in dormitory style. There is a lounge room with a gas log fire, kitchen / dining room and a large rear deck for happy hour.
The whole house can be booked for up to 12 persons. This can be for three couples and six singles, or nine singles. Longer durations price by negotiation.
Self-contained facilities. All linen supplied. One night bookings allowed.

Cottage
Pitstop Lodge Cottage is a self-contained cosy cottage. It has double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, lounge/dining room with television, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, heating for winter and fans for summer. There is also a double sofa bed for extra guests. Great for a couple looking for privacy or a small family. The Pitstop Lodge cottage opens onto the large back deck and guests are welcome to use barbecue facilities supplied on the deck.
