Pelican Cove is a three-storey walk up complex with fully self-contained apartments. The comfortable apartments can accommodate one to seven guests and have balcony views of the pools, gardens and waterway to the Hinterland.
The complex has a heated pool/spa, tennis court (half size), relaxing barbecue and entertaining area, pontoon and boat ramp, making it ideal for those who enjoy fishing, reading a book or just watching the sun set.

It's a five minute walk to the local shops and within 15 minute drive to shopping centres, Harbourtown Outlet Shopping, attractions, dining and the world famous Gold Coast theme parks.

General Comments
Pelican Cove is a great place for a holiday. It is ideally located close to the Broadwater, shopping and theme parks. Friendly onsite Managers operate a free tour desk for booking of theme parks tickets, dinners and cruises, plus they have maps and information for activities and attractions the Gold Coast has to offer.
How To Get There
Whether you are coming from north or south along the M1 take the Helensvale South exit (Exit 62) and drive east towards the coast. As you travel on the Gold Coast Highway/Brisbane Road, on your left you will pass Harbourtown Shopping Outlet, keep in the left lane and turn Left into Hollywell Road, then at the next traffic lights (Metro Shopping Village on right), turn Right into Burrows Street; Pelican Cove are 400 metres on the left.
