No cancellation fee if booking cancelled eight days prior to travel. One night cancellation fee if cancelled 48 hours or less prior to travel, or in the case of a no-show. Cancellations are required in writing.

Follow the Bruce highway directly into the centre of town, turn right into Lake Street and continue to the end of the street.

Reception hours are from 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. on Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. After hours reception procedure; contact reception during office hours to receive a code for the night safe located at Park Regis City Quays.
