This two storey property has separate wings for sleeping and living ensuring privacy and comfort as well as allowing a group dining and entertainment experience during your stay.

The living wing incorporates the stunning kitchen, lounge and split level pool room complete with electric blue slate table. With a wood fired heater, large LCD screen television, private library, compact disc player with iPod dock, leather lounges and barbecue, the entertainment choice is yours. Four bedrooms in the sleeping wing allow plenty of space to relax in privacy to enjoy the spectacular views. One Tree is one of the most popular houses in the Bunyas.

The Bunya Mountains National Park is located in South East Queensland, equidistant by 60 kilometres from Dalby, Nanango and Kingaroy. Approximate travel times are 45 minutes' drive (60 kilometres) from Kingaroy, Dalby and Nanango, 90 minutes (110 kilometres) from Toowoomba, two hours from Caboolture, two and a half to three hours (240 kilometres) from Brisbane, (220 kilometres) from the Sunshine Coasts, three and a half hours (320 kilometres) from the Gold Coast and (300 kilometres) from Hervey Bay.
