Description
One The Esplanade (formally known as Allawah Apartments) is located right on the beach in Surfers Paradise. Simply walk out the private gate and onto the patrolled surf beach, no crossing the busy road. The generous sized one and two bedroom apartments all have north facing spacious balconies, which have fantastic views of the ocean and Surfers Paradise Beach.
The building has recently undergone a major renovation and now has a more modern, boutique appearance. A new feature is that all the balconies now have clear glass balustrades for uninterrupted views and you now have a choice of standard and deluxe apartments, all the apartments have been renovated with the deluxe apartments having undergone the most recent and extensive internal refurbishment and feature the latest furniture and fittings, air-conditioning is available on request and depending on availability.

Cancellation Information:
Low Season: Cancellation seven to 13 days prior to arrival attracts an AUD30.00 administration fee. Cancellation seven or less days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
High Season: Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival attracts an AUD200.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

One The Esplanade is located on the corner of Clifford Street and The Esplanade in Surfers Paradise just three blocks south of Cavill Avenue.
Tariff Information:
One and two night stays are subject to availability. Longer stays are available on application.
Advance bookings require a deposit of AUD200.00, balance of tariff payable on or before arrival.
