Northwind Apartments is situated within easy walking distance of the vibrant shopping precinct of Mooloolaba, which includes restaurants, cafes, galleries, boutiques and the Mooloolaba Surf Club. The patrolled beach is a 300 metre walk and the Mooloolaba Wharf precinct with UnderWater World and canal cruises just 400 metres away.

The one, two and three bedroom self-contained apartments are spacious, each having a balcony with sea views. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, cook top and microwave. Each apartment has a laundry with automatic washer, dryer, clothes-airer and ironing facilities.

Northwind has heated outdoor pools, and spa, a barbecue and entertaining area and a half tennis court. Inside amenities include a gymnasium, sauna, and games room. There is secure basement parking and lift access to all levels. Wireless Internet is available throughout the building.

Northwind is centrally located on the Sunshine Coast to allow easy access to attractions and activities such as scuba diving featuring the ex-HMAS Brisbane, fishing, whale-watching (in season),Australia Zoo, Under Water World, Eumundi Markets and the villages of the Hinterland and a variety of food and wine excursions.

The resident on-site managers operate a free tour-booking service for guests.
