Cancellation Information:
To confirm a booking you will be required to send payment for your first night's accommodation as a deposit. A 100 per cent cancellation fee on deposits paid applies if the booking is cancelled or changed within 14 days of booked arrival date or a no-show occurs. If you do not arrive on the arrival date then the whole booking is treated as cancelled.

How To Get There:
Travelling from the north: follow the highway towards the city but do not take any exits. The road splits a couple of times but it joins up again. Approximately three kilometres from the city when you will see an overhead railway bridge move into the right hand lane. At the third set of lights after the bridge turn right into Newmarket Road. Follow to the end. At the "T" intersection turn right and move immediately into the right hand lane. At the next set of traffic lights turn right into Ashgrove Avenue and Newmarket Gardens Caravan Park is 100 metres along on the left.

Travelling from the west: follow to Centenary Highway (5). Follow northern suburbs signs. At a roundabout follow sign to Milton Road. Continue along Milton Road past the XXXX Brewery. Just after the brewery exit left following Hale Street, follow along to Kelvin Grove Road. Once on Kelvin Grove Road you will see Newmarket Gardens Caravan Park signs on the bus stops. Follow for approximately two kilometres then turn left at the traffic lights at the Newmarket Medical Centre onto Ashgrove Avenue. Newmarket Gardens Caravan Park is 100 metres along on the left.

Travelling from the south: follow the South East Freeway, and it crosses the Brisbane River be in the middle lane. As the road takes a left hand bend after the central business district take the northern suburbs exit. Follow Hale Street sign above, follow Kelvin Grove Road sign above. Once on Kelvin Grove Road you will see Newmarket Gardens Caravan Park signs on the bus stops. Follow for approximately two kilometres then turn left at the traffic lights at the Newmarket Medical Centre onto Ashgrove Avenue. Newmarket Gardens Caravan Park is 100 metres along on the left.

No pets allowed.

Tariff Information:
A security deposit of AUD50.00 is payable on arrival for each cabin booked. A security deposit of AUD20.00 is payable on arrival for each on-site caravan/lodge room/site booked. This deposit is held to ensure the return of the key and security gate card, that all non-smoking accommodation remains so, and that all accommodation is left in the condition it was found. The security deposit is held and is refundable on departure. These deposits must be paid in cash.
Full linen at AUD20.00 or part linen for 10.00.

Two bedroom cabin with split system air-conditioning, full cooking facilities, two televisions (one in the living area and a second television in the main bedroom), stereo and DVD player. The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has single bed and set of bunks. There is a sofa bed in the living area. The queen bed is made up for you and full linen is provided for this bed only. Linen may be hired for other beds with prior notice. The ensuite has two entrances to help maintain privacy to the main bedroom. Car parking is provided next to the cabin.

The ensuite cabins have various layouts and accommodate differing numbers of guests. They endeavour to offer their guests the best layout to suit their requirements. Some ensuite cabins have one bedroom with a queen bed, with bunks and a divan sofa in living area. Another layout is open plan with queen bed only. Another cabin is designed to Australian Standards for easy access, with ramp access, the ensuite has screen-less shower handrails and seat. This open plan design has a queen bed and single bed. In all of their ensuite cabins the queen bed is made up with full linen provided. Guests may hire additional bedding with prior arrangement.

All of their ensuite cabins have split system airconditioning systems, cooking facilities, television, sound system.

Their on-site caravans are our budget accommodation and as such are not ensuite. Guests use their community amenities block. They offer 2 different layouts in their caravans. Some will sleep up to four people, with two single beds and set of bunks. Other caravans will sleep up to three people, with a caravan double bed and single bed. The on-site caravans are equipped with kitchenette containing two element stove, fridge, jug, toaster, cutlery, crockery and saucepans. There is also a small fan provided. To help maintain the budget nature of this type of accommodation, guests provide own bedding and towels or may hire linen with prior notice.

Disabled: They have an easy access bathroom in their amenities block. This bathroom has an open plan with a shower and a toilet. A key is available free of charge from reception to use this facility.

Their lodge rooms offer a budget accommodation alternative. As such they are not ensuite and their lodge guests use their community amenities block. The lodge building has five lodge rooms and a shared kitchen all coming off a covered verandah. Three of the Lodge rooms have double bed bunk plus a set of single bunks. These rooms sleep up to five. Two of the lodge rooms have two sets of single bunks. These rooms sleep up to four. All room are equipped with television, fan, wardrobe, writing desk and chair. Guests in their lodge rooms share the fully equipped lodge kitchen. To help maintain the lodge as a budget option, our guests provide own bedding and towels or may hire linen with prior notice.
