Cancellation Information:
Low Season For bookings cancelled eight days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a AUD75.00 cancellation fee, by means of a Trust Account cheque, issued at the end of the month during which the cancellation is advised. If a booking is cancelled less than seven days prior to arrival - no refund of deposit. To secure a reservation, a deposit of one night's accommodation is required within seven days of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice.
High Season For bookings cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less a AUD75.00 cancellation fee, by means of a Trust Account cheque at the end of the month during which the cancellation was advised. For bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival or once in-house, NO refund of the deposit applies. Any bookings of one night or more in high season will be deemed high season bookings. To secure a reservation in high season, 25 per cent of the total accommodation charge is payable within seven days of booking.
