Cancellation Information:
Low Season: For bookings cancelled within eight days or travel or no show, no refund will apply. Mid Season: For bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel or no show, no refund will apply. High Season: For bookings cancelled within 25 days of travel or no show, no refund will apply.

How To Get There:
Take the Bruce Highway (1) north of Brisbane approximately 50 minutes and take the Mooloolaba exit. Follow this road to the end that will end up on Brisbane road until you reach the ocean (The Esplanade, Mooloolaba). Turn right and follow esplanade into River Esplanade, Nautilus resort is on the right approximately 500 metres from the surf club.

Opening Hours:
Reception is open from 0830 to 1730 Monday to Saturday and 0900 to 1600 Sundays.
Guests arriving after hours must contact the office prior to arrival.

Tariff Information:
Nautilus is a family resort and as such has a "No party policy". They do not accept check ins or check outs on Christmas Day. Guests checking in must be over 18 years of age and have photo identification on arrival. A credit card authorisation of AUD500.00 or cash bond will be required upon check in to cover incidentals.
All rooms are serviced weekly, daily service available upon request at an additional charge.
