Cancellation Information:
If a cancellation is within 30 days of arrival, a refund will only be given if the apartment can be re-let for the same term or longer subject to an administration fee of AUD50.00. A cancellation fee of AUD50.00 applies in all cases. Once a booking period has commenced no refund will be made.
A deposit of AUD100.00 is required in Low Season, and a deposit of AUD200.00 is required for Shoulder and High Seasons.

Restrictions:
During the Christmas school holiday periods, a minimum stay of seven nights applies.

Myconos Resort is situated in Cotton Tree, a quiet and picturesque part of Maroochydore on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.
Consisting of ten self-contained apartments, seven one bedroom and three two bedroom in a multi storey apartment building. Ocean views on level five and six, and pool views on levels one and two.

How To Get There:
Road access is via the Bruce Highway. Then follow the Sunshine Motorway to the Maroochydore turn off. Look for the Maroochydore Surf Club and the property is located in Sixth Avenue in view of the surf club and Maroochydore library.

Tariff Information:
During the Shoulder and Peak seasons additional nights after seven are charged at a discounted price. During Shoulder season and in Peak season different tariffs apply. During Low season additional nights after two are charged at a discounted price. Sofa bed available at additional cost of AUD25.00 per extra person. Please contact the operator for more information.
