The Moody Street Homestead Apartment and Annex is part of a large family home close to the city centre (five kilometres), accommodating up to 15 people in seven bedrooms. The Annex and Apartment are fully air conditioned with insect/security screens on all windows and doors. Both residences have sitting rooms, fully equipped laundries, and bathroom. The Annex is wheelchair friendly. Please see rates tab for the Homestead rates. The Annex is only rented as an add-on to the Homestead apartment, where a booking is for more than eight people.
The main kitchen is located in the Homestead Apartment. A connecting undercover outdoor area between the two residences provides plenty of extra space. It has comfortable seating, dining, a second kitchen and barbecue. The gardens are fully fenced and have a swing-set and cubby house for children. Dogs are welcome by arrangement, and have their own fenced part of the garden.
There is off street parking next to the house. It is a five minute walk to the nearest Shopping Centre, Raintrees, where public bus services are available. Moody Street Homestead has free WiFi broadband internet. There is a caretaker on site, who lives in the top apartment of the Homestead.
