Cancellation Policy
A AUD200 Deposit is taken at the time of booking except for reservations over peak dates (25 December to 25 January) annually where a AUD500 deposit is taken. They have a 48 hour cancellation policy - cancellations inside of this window forfeit deposit amount. Group cancellations is 14 Days.

How To Get There
Access - via airport transfer coach/taxi/limousine from Brisbane and Gold Coast Airports or self drive. Reception is located in Warner Street Coolangatta. Drivers arriving northbound from Southern states head north on the Pacific Highway to Tweed Heads and turn right into Warner Street. Drivers arriving southbound from Brisbane arrive via the Pacific Motorway and follow the signs to Coolangatta. At the entrance to Coolangatta, turn left at the lights onto Marine Parade and the resort is around 300 metres on the oceanfront.
Tariff Text
Cot charge AUD50.00 weekly for child aged up to two years. The fifth person in a two bedroom room and the seventh person in a three bedroom room is an additional AUD25.00 per night or AUD125.00 for a five night stay. No check-in or check-out on 25 December.
