Cancellation Information:
Low Season: If booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less an AUD$100 administration fee. If booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival the deposit will be forfeited unless the unit is relet for the total period of the proposed occupancy.
Mid and High Season: If booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less an AUD$100 administration fee. If booking is cancelled within 28 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited unless the unit is relet for the period of the proposed occupancy.

Park underneath near reception. If after hours please follow the check-in instructions on the main door. Any same day check in please call the resort direct and advise arrival time.

Opening Hours:
From Brisbane Airport, follow the Bruce Highway for approximately 100 kilometres. Take the Maroochydore exit onto Maroochydore Road. Follow the Maroochydore Road for approximately 10 kilometres. At the intersection (Beach Road (left), Ocean Street (straight) and Horton Road (right)) continue straight onto Ocean Street. Continue to the end of Ocean Street then turn right onto Duporth Avenue. Turn right at the next round-a-bout, then immediately left into the M1 Resort carpark.
