Children sleeping in beds are charged at the extra per person rate of AUD30.00 per night. Cot hire is available at AUD8.00 per day or AUD40.00 per week. There is also a guest library including board games and beach toys, including buckets and spades for guest use.

Cancellation Information:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations over the telephone will not be accepted.
Reservations cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival shall receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled with 7-28 days notice shall attract a cancellation fee equal to two night's accommodation.
Cancellation with less than seven days notice or "no show" will not be refunded and full payment will be required, for the term of the original reservation. Travel Insurance is recommended.
Bookings made within the 28 day cancellation period where fees apply will have a 48 hour grace period in order to cancel with no fees applicable.

How To Get There:
Drive 70 kilometres north of Cairns, turning right into Port Douglas Road. Turn right into Mowbray Street and the office is on the corner of Mowbray Street and the Esplanade. It has a joint reception/office with Beaches.
Airport transfers can be arranged however an additional cost will apply.

Tariff Information:
Extra person on rollaway accommodated for AUD30.00 per person per night.
Cot hire is AUD8.00 per night, and highchair hire is AUD5.00 per night.
Daily service rate is AUD30.00 for a one bedroom unit, and AUD45.00 for a two bedroom unit.
