Cancellation Information:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations over the telephone will not be accepted.
Reservations cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival shall receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled with 7-28 days notice shall attract a cancellation fee equal to two night's accommodation.
Cancellation with less than seven days notice or "no show" will not be refunded and full payment will be required, for the term of the original reservation. Travel Insurance is recommended.
Bookings made within the 28 day cancellation period where fees apply will have a 48 hour grace period in order to cancel with no fees applicable.

How To Get There:
When arriving into Port Douglas drive five kilometres until you hit a T section of Macrossan and Davidson Street. Turn right then first right into Garrick Street. Go all the way till you hit a cross road and they are on the left hand side.
