Cancellation Information:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations over the telephone will not be accepted.
Reservations cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival shall receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled with 7-28 days notice shall attract a cancellation fee equal to two night's accommodation.
Cancellation with less than seven days notice or "no show" will not be refunded and full payment will be required, for the term of the original reservation. Travel Insurance is recommended.
Bookings made within the 28 day cancellation period where fees apply will have a 48 hour grace period in order to cancel with no fees applicable.

How To Get There:
Travel north on the Cook Highway from Cairns. At approximately 60 kilometres distance turn right to Port Douglas (main sign). Travel to the end of Port Douglas Road, turn right at Macrossan Street (T intersection), first turn on the right is Garrick Street and Garrick House is on the right.

Tariff Information:
Extra person on rollaway accommodated for AUD30.00 per person per night.
Cot hire is AUD8.00 per night, and highchair hire is AUD5.00 per night.
Daily service rate is AUD30.00 for one bedroom units, AUD45.00 for the two bedroom units, and AUD60.00 for the three bedroom units.
