Disabled:
There is access for guests with a disability. Ground floor apartments which are suitable for guests with a disability are available. Facilities include a walk-in shower.

Cancellation Information:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations over the telephone will not be accepted.
Reservations cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival shall receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled with 7-28 days notice shall attract a cancellation fee equal to two night's accommodation.
Cancellation with less than seven days notice or "no show" will not be refunded and full payment will be required, for the term of the original reservation. Travel Insurance is recommended.
Bookings made within the 28 day cancellation period where fees apply will have a 48 hour grace period in order to cancel with no fees applicable.

Hotel Pick-up:
Meet and greet airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.

How To Get There:
As you leave the airport turn right along the Captain Cook Highway. Continue along the road for approximately 70 kilometres and turn right into Port Douglas. Follow Port Douglas Road for five kilometres and turn right into Mowbray Street - reception is on the corner of Mowbray Street and the Esplanade.

Tariff Information:
Rates are based on twin share - an additional charge is payable per person per night for any people utilising a bed (children included). Cot hire applicable for infants - AUD8.00 per day and AUD40.00 per week. Highchair hire is AUD5.00.
All rooms have a charge of AUD30.00 per extra person per night if more than the recommended number of people are staying in the room.
Daily service rate is AUD45.00 for two bedroom units, and AUD60.00 for three bedroom units.
