All the sites at the Lakes Holiday Park are double concrete slabs with your own private ensuite (no midnight dashes across the park in your pyjamas!). They have a resort style pool that is partly shaded with a shallow child friendly pool area. There's an exceptionally friendly atmosphere.

Close to hospitals, airport, TAFE, football, basketball stadiums, and is only a five minute walk to Castletown Shopping World. There is a bus service running every half hour from Castletown to all major attractions in Townsville.

How To Get There
They are situated behind McDonalds at The Lakes and next door to The Mercure Inn. If you are using a Global Positioning System you need to put in Atlee Street Currajong.
Tariff Text
Cancellation Policy. A cancellation fee of AUD20 always applies.
The Management endeavours to hold the accommodation booked, however they reserve the right to transfer the bookings to a similar accommodation for the same period.
Please note tariffs are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy. Sorry no refund given to early departures or less than seven days notice.
They do not automatically give refunds if: You simply change your mind, Your circumstances change or You choose the wrong accommodation. Late arrivals.
If at all the discretion of Management, a refund is granted a cancellation fee will apply.

Fully self-contained air-conditioned open plan style living area. It has a double bed and a triple bunk bed, kitchen area, dining table, television, and a veranda to sit out front. An ensuite is attached but is situated outside under the carport. Only the double bed is made up with linen. Extra linen is available to hire at AUD7.00 per set.
