La Vida On Anzac provide short term accommodation in 'boutique' style studio, one, two and three bedroom, fully furnished, self-catering, air-conditioned

apartments. There are spacious balconies from the living areas in all apartments some of which have water views, others overlook the parkland beside pretty Humpy Bong Creek with its mix of birdlife. The two and three bedroom apartments have ensuites as well as a bath in the main bathroom.

They are located just 400 metres to beach, shops and cafes, and only 30 minutes from Brisbane airport and 35 minutes from the Sunshine Coast. They also offer secured undercover parking and meeting room/conference facilities. Cancellation Information:
Refund of deposit less an administration fee of AUD50.00 will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in Peak Season or 14 days notice given at other times.

How To Get There:
From Brisbane, follow the Gateway Bridge Tollway north and follow the signs to Redcliffe. Cross the bay on the Houghton Highway and continue down Elizabeth Avenue until you get to Anzac Avenue (approximately four kilometres from the northern end of the bridge). Turn right into Anzac Avenue and follow it down to the beach (approximately three kilometres). La Vida is on the corner of Hutchinson Street and Anzac Avenue, you will pass it on the right about 400 metres before the beach. The entrance to the property is off Hutchinson Street.
