There is a lift to all levels from the secure car park which is helpful for mild disabilities however, unfortunately, apartments are not wheelchair friendly.
Child Guest Information
Two and three bedroom apartments have a bath in the main bathroom. There are Foxtel channels available for children. Each apartment has a balcony which is fully enclosed.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of deposit less an administration fee of AUD50.00 will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in Peak Season or 14 days notice given at other times.

How To Get There
From Brisbane, follow the Gateway Bridge Tollway north and follow the signs to Redcliffe. Cross the bay on the Houghton Highway and continue down Elizabeth Avenue until you get to Anzac Avenue (approximately four kilometres from the northern end of the bridge). Turn right into Anzac Avenue and follow it down to the beach (approximately three kilometres). La Vida is on the corner of Hutchinson Street and Anzac Avenue, you will pass it on the right about 400 metres before the beach. The entrance to the property is off Hutchinson Street.
Studio
All have queen bed, ensuite, microwave, bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. All Studio's have spacious private balconies. There are no laundries in Studio's. All are air-conditioned and have Broadband access, direct dial phones, Foxtel, hairdryers, iron, ironing board and clock radio.
