Description

Kelvin Grove Student Village offers groups and independent travellers a unique concept in affordable summer accommodation. Usually home to students, their fully furnished, self-catered two, three and five bedroom apartments are available to short stay guests from mid November to mid February.

They offer the option of booking just one room in a two, three or five bedroom unit, making them perfect for individuals and conference groups. Rates are per room per night. Each apartment contains a spacious kitchen, living and dining area, and a bathroom (five bedroom apartments have two bathrooms). Basic crockery and linen are provided in all apartments.

Facilities include a café, barbecue, entertainment lounge (also available for private functions), laundry and business centre. They also provide a range of additional services for groups, including booking of conference venues and access to sporting and recreational facilities.

The property is located in a prime location at Kelvin Grove Urban Village, near an extensive range of retail, dining, cultural and educational facilities. Cafes, restaurants, bars and a shopping centre are within five minutes of the property.
