Follow the Sunshine Motorway to the Maroochydore Central Business District Exit. Turn left (if coming from the north) and right (if coming from the south) onto Plaza Parade.
With Sunshine Plaza on your left hand side, turn right into Mungar Street - directly opposite the second entrance to Sunshine Plaza. Rivers Clearance Outlet is on the corner of Plaza Parade and Mungar Street.
Horton Apartments is at 1 Mungar Street on the right hand side just before the road veers to the left.
