All children are welcome. Arcade games, billiards and table tennis are available together with a shallow wading pool. Separate family bathroom with full bath, baby's bath and toilet. Full size tennis court, basketball ring and two swimming pools are available for use. Children are allowed to bring bikes and scooters to the park. Sanctuary lagoon with wild birds, duck feeding and turtles. Fantastic kids activity program during school holiday periods.

There is access for guests with a disability. Ultra modern near new two bedroom villa's with special access bathroom and wheelchair access ramp. Balcony at front with outdoor setting. Ultra modern separate special access bathroom within amenity block, both bathrooms have wide doorways, toilets, and showers with pull down seats and hand rails.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations (Online Bookings)
All cancellations will forfeit the full booking amount.
Cancellations (Phone Bookings)
Low Season - Cancellations advised with 24 hours notice are fully refundable less a AUD30 administration fee. Cancellations inside of 24 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
High/Peak Season - Cancellations advised with 21 days notice are fully refundable less a AUD30 administration fee. Cancellations inside of 21 days of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
If less than the above mentioned notice is given for a cancellation, no refunds or credit will be given. This also applies for all date changes/booking alterations.
Entity Facilities

How To Get There
From the north: Hervey Bay is 20 kilometres north of Maryborough take the Torbanlea exit on the left hand side and follow the signs to Hervey Bay. From the south: Take the Maryborough Exit off the Bruce Highway and follow the signs to Hervey Bay.
Upon your arrival into Hervey Bay you will come to a big round-a-bout, turn right at this, this will take you onto Boat Harbour Drive. Travel along Boat Harbour Drive for five kilometres, then turn left into Bideford Street (also the Torquay Beach turnoff), then turn right into Torquay Terrace and left into Fraser Street. Once in Fraser Street they are 100 metres further down the right hand side.
Hervey Bay is just four hours drive north of Brisbane and just two hours from the Sunshine Coast. The park is located in Torquay (please enter Torquay rather than Hervey Bay when using a Global Positioning System).
Tariff Text
A deposit is required to secure each booking. A deposit, equal to the first night's accommodation/site tariff must be paid at the time of making the reservation or within seven days of booking. No reservations will be guaranteed without a deposit.
Some days require minimum stays:
Long Weekends: Minimum two night stay.
Anzac Day Long Weekend: Minimum three night stay.
June Long Weekend: Minimum three night stay.
Easter: Minimum four night stay.
Christmas: Minimum five night stay.
Season dates vary between accommodation and camping sites. The season dates below reflect season dates for accommodation only. Please contact the operator for further details.
