Cancellation Policy
A 25 per cent deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date and is non-refundable as their unique holiday retreats are limited.
A two per cent merchant fee is charged for MasterCard and Visa credit card transactions. American Express four percent. All monies are held in a fully audited Trust Account.
The number of guests staying in each individual retreat is not to exceed the number booked.
General Comments

Cancellations 90 days prior to the commencement of the booking will be refunded in full less an AUD150.00 administration fee.
For cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the commencement of the booking, no refund is available. Changing to another retreat cannot be made within this period. They highly recommend travel insurance to cover this possibility.
To be entitled to a refund, cancellations must be made in writing.
Refunds cannot be made to credit cards. A cheque may be sent or funds can be direct deposited into an account. A charge will occur to overseas accounts.
A complimentary midweek service is included in the tariff for all bookings of eight nights or over. Additional services are available on request and will incur a service charge.
Cots and highchairs are available for rental.
They appreciate that the retreat will be returned to them in the condition presented on arrival.
Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card if necessary. Please note that it is not their intention to charge for replacement of accidentally broken crockery.
Shangri-La
Shangri-La is a stone walled, French provincial design and accommodates eight guests in an intimate atmosphere. Positioned on 30 very secluded acres, enjoy rediscovering the simple pleasures of life. Soak up the sunshine on the decks of the heated 20-metre infinity pool and gaze out at the glorious views of the Daintree Mountains.
Choose one of the four interior bedrooms or sleep out with the stars in the poolside cabana. Complete with it's own Vichy Spa, Shangri-La is a destination for rest and relaxation. Breathing in the purest mountain air, exploring lush rainforest, swimming in the mountain streams, all you need to restore balance and harmony. Quite simply, this is a hidden tropical paradise.
