Cancellation Information:
Cancellations 90 days prior to the commencement of the booking will be refunded in full less a AUD150.00 administration fee.
For cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the commencement of the booking, no refund will be available. Changing to another retreat cannot be made within this period. They highly recommend travel insurance to cover this possibility.
To be entitled to a refund, cancellations must be made in writing.
Refunds cannot be made to credit cards. A cheque may be sent or funds can be direct deposited to an account. A charge will occur to overseas accounts.

Bali Hai is an unforgettable retreat that is exclusively yours. Bali Hai features four thatched pavillions with three tropical bedrooms and three bathrooms. The central pavillion features an open plan lounge room, gourmet kitchen featuring European appliances, dining room and opens up on to an entertaining area with a wetedge pool that looks out to the tropical mountains. Hidden in a pocket of rainforest just 20 minutes north of Port Douglas, Bali Hai offers panoramic vistas of the tropical mountains and features acres of grounds to explore including a crystal clear freshwater creek.

How To Get There:
Fly into the Cairns Airport. Drive north towards Port Douglas. Confidential location. Individual property map are available upon booking.

Tariff Information:
A 25 per cent deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date and is non-refundable as their unique holiday retreats are limited.
A two per cent merchant fee is charged for Mastercard and Visa credit card transactions, and a four percent fee for American Express transactions. All monies are held in a fully audited Trust Account.
The number of guests staying in each individual retreat is not to exceed the number booked.
