Children are welcome. Baby cots and a high chair are available without charge. No additional guest charge for children under three years.

Disabled:
Disabled facilities are available. There is a single tile floor Cottage, with disabled toilet and shower facilities, wheelchair access, wide space for increased mobility and covered verandah\patio with front door drop-off.

Pets Allowed:
Yes. Pets are permitted. Dogs are allowed inside cottage if that is a continuation of home care practices. Dogs may never be left alone inside a cottage. Gated sheltered verandahs serve as temporary private kennel while guests are present or away. Fine mesh kennel with shelter also freely available at managers residence if guests prefer or away for the day. Dogs need not be on leash but under owners control. Cats, birds and other pets also welcome.

How To Get There:
The Bruce Highway "Cooroy\Pomona\Noosa Heads" exit becomes Myall Street, which leads to the town centre. Take a left turn at the marked junction to enter the central business district (versus crossing the train overpass bridge which leads to Pomona and Noosa). Continue straight through each of two roundabouts while passing through Cooroy's town centre on Maple Street. (If you want to stop for groceries, take a left turn at the second roundabout onto Emerald Street and the nearby IGA Supermarket). Maple Street crosses the Cooroy Creek where it converts to Mary River Road and passes the Tennis Club, Sports Complex and tip. Thereafter, Mary River Road converts to Black Mountain Road and commences an ascent to a T-intersection. Take a left turn at the T-intersection to continue on Black Mountain Road (a shared paved road) and another 2.7 kilometres to Cooroy Country Cottages entrance at number 532. (Do not take a right turn at the T-intersection onto Black Mountain "Range" Road, which will lead, to the Bruce Highway). Take a right turn at the Cooroy Country Cottages sign and main entrance and continue on the marked bitumen paved road directly to your cottage

This three bedroom cottage is designed for disabled or elderly guests, including wheelchair guests, while also suitable for all guests or family gatherings.

The cottage has a lounge, full kitchen and laundry, dining room, three bedrooms with a queen bed in each, single sofa bed in lounge, indoor and outdoor dining tables, walk-in shower, outdoor second shower in private rear walled courtyard, walled private rear courtyard which can also serve as a private kennel, private patio with gas barbecue, private double carport, reverse cycle heat and air conditioning.

Children: Children are welcome. Baby cots and a high chair are available without charge. A single rollaway bed can be added to the master bedroom or the lounge area for a possible fifth guest.

Disabled: Rear walkway only allows access by partially-disabled guests to single level elevated cottage. Wheelchair or more disabled guests are better accommodated by the Cooroora cottage.

The one bed, three room Studio Suite includes a combined large lounge with kitchen area, private bathroom with walk-in shower and bedroom with queen bed. The unit is at the opposite end of the manager's residence with its own private entrance, parking, patio, verandah, garden and lawn areas. The single floor unit and walk-in shower is also suitable for disabled guests with canes or walkers, but not suited to wheelchair guests who are instead accommodated in the Cooroora cottage.
