Cancellation Information:
If the reservation cancels 30 days or more prior to arrival , the security deposit will be refunded less a AUD100.00 administration fee. If the reservation cancels within 30 days of the arrival date , the deposit will be retained unless we are able to re-let the apartment for the duration of the booking. If the apartment is le-let the deposit will be refunded lass an administration fee of AUD100.00.
Low season: One night cancellation will be charged for booking cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event that the guest may need to reduce the length of stay for any reason following check in minimum three night charge applies - the property recommends travel insurance.
Peak season: No refund on booking cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the event that the guest may need to reduce the length of stay for any reason.

Cayman Villas features generous living areas, large tropical balconies, comfortable king and/or twin beds, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchens with granite bench tops and spa bath in the master bathroom - everything you need to make your holiday in Port Douglas a memorable experience.
The large one, two and three bedroom villas are of understated elegance, with their tropical shutters and broad terraces, terracotta tiled floors, timber furnishings featuring contemporary soft furnishings, and smart granite and stainless steel kitchens. Each villa has a spa and the two and three bedroom villas have two bathrooms, all units have their own laundry.
There is a large outdoor heated pool with a shallow end for children, spa and gazebo with pool-side barbecues surrounded by tropical gardens and secure basement parking.

Reception is operated seven days a week offering a comprehensive tour desk. They have all the brochures for trips to the Great Barrier Reef and the world heritage listed Rainforest, so please see them when you arrive to discuss your requirements. There is no extra charge for this service, leave it to the experts and allow the knowledgeable hosts to assist and book your tours.
Roll away beds for extra guests, cots, strollers and hi-chairs are available for hire, if there is other equipment that is required they can organise that prior to arrival.

Restrictions:
No smoking in villas and pool area. Pool hours 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.. Pool and barbecue facilities for in-house guests only.

Further Details:
Full refurbishments of some apartments completed August 2010 with all being completed by March 2011. There will be no disruption to guests (greater than the normal servicing of apartments).

How To Get There:
Access via self drive or arranged coach transfers; turn right off the Cook Highway on to Port Douglas Road. Travel five kilometres and turn left at the last cross street. Cayman Villas Port Douglas is first on the left.
Centrally located in Port Douglas Tropical North Queensland, Cayman Villas is a short walk (approximately 200 metres) from the famous and beautiful Four Mile Beach and Port Douglas Village centre known for its tropical ambience of street side cafes and first class restaurants. The Meridien Marina where boats leave daily for the Great Barrier Reef is only 400 metres.
