The two towers of Catalina Resort are conveniently situated in the trendy Cotton Tree area of Maroochydore, near the mouth of the Maroochy River. A private walkway leads you to the patrolled Maroochydore Beach and is 60 metres from the Maroochydore Surf Club. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views of the stunning coastline, stretching south from Mooloolaba, to north past the mouth of the picturesque Maroochy River. Just kick back, relax and enjoy the sea breeze and listen to the crashing waves.

The well-established Catalina I, with its spacious living areas and lovely large balconies, which enjoy the evening sea breeze, has long been popular with guests. All apartments except the air-conditioned studios have spa baths. The one, two and three bedroom apartments have full kitchens, cable television, fans and an in-room spa, with some having air-conditioning as well.

All apartments in the more recent Catalina II, are air-conditioned with ensuites. All have cable television in both master bedroom and lounge. The stylishly appointed apartments, with quality furnishings and finishing touches, have full kitchens and an in-room spa. They also contain a compact disc player and video recorder or DVD.

Catalina Resort boasts breathtaking ocean views stretching from Mooloolaba to north past the mouth of the beautiful Maroochy River.
Resort consists of two 15-storey towers, conveniently situated in the Cotton Tree area of Maroochydore. A private walkway leads you to the patrolled Maroochydore Beach and nearby Maroochy Surf Club, which is only 60 metres away. The resort offers stylishly appointed and fully self-contained one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as studio apartments. All apartments except the studios have spa baths.
Relax and enjoy the many features, which include; two heated pools, heated children's wading pool, two heated spas, sauna, barbecue facilities, full sized tennis court and games. It is near shops, cafes, club, restaurants and the public library.

How To Get There:
Situated at 47 Sixth Avenue in the Cotton Tree precinct of Maroochydore, a one hours drive north from Brisbane, on the Bruce Highway. Take the Maroochydore turnoff, travelling on Maroochydore Road (State Highway 8). Turn right onto Horton Parade, which becomes Aerodrome Road and then left onto Sixth Avenue. Catalina Resort will be about 200 metres up the road on your right.
Or from the Sunshine Coast Airport, travel south on David Low Way (State Highway Six) get on the Sunshine Motorway (State Highway 70) taking the exit at Bradman Avenue, which becomes Duporth Avenue. Turn left at The Esplanade, which becomes Cotton Tree Parade. Turn right at King Street, which leads onto Sixth Avenue. Catalina Resort will be about 250 metres on your left.
Alternatively, they can arrange bus transfers from the Brisbane or Sunshine Coast Airports to the resort. Or, for the ultimate in luxury, they can arrange for a chauffeur driven limousine to pick you up and deliver you to the resort. They will be happy to arrange these transfers for you.
