Cancellation Policy
14 days notice of cancellation is required in low seasons, 28 days in shoulder and peak seasons. No refund is applicable if less than this notice is given. An administration fee of AUD50.00 applies on all refunds and AUD15.00 administration charge on any date changes.
Entity Facilities
Capricornia offers spacious, well-designed one, two or three bedroom apartments, all individually and tastefully furnished, and all with excellent balcony views of either gardens, pool or the surrounding hinterland or coastal area. Apartments include full kitchens, full laundry, air conditioned in the living room with ceiling fans in bedrooms, television, DVD and Foxtel with Broadband available on request.
Entity Restrictions
Minimum three night stay applies all year. Minimum seven night stay applies over peak season.

Reception is located on Surf Parade. Airport transfers can be arranged for a fee. Please contact the operator for more information.

One bedroom apartments are available in low seasons only.
Extra person rate is AUD30.00 per day. Rollaway bed hire AUD10.00 per day. Cot hire AUD45.00 per week, high chair hire AUD35.00 per week.
A deposit of AUD300.00 is required for all bookings during low season and AUD500.00 during shoulder and peak seasons. Balance is due on arrival.
