Cancellation Information:
Standard cancellation terms are as follows:
Holiday Cabin Accommodation: Minimum notice of a cancellation is 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival day. A minimum cancellation fee of AUD50.00 applies to all reservations regardless of when notice is given.
Caravan, Motorhome and Camping Site: Minimum notice of a cancellation is by 10am on the day prior to the scheduled arrival day. No minimum cancellation fee applies.

Brisbane Gateway Resort is conveniently located near the southern gateway to Brisbane City. The resort has quick access to and from the Pacific Motorway and Gateway Motorway making it easy to find and perfectly located for travel in and around Brisbane. Brisbane Gateway Resort is only 16 kilometres south of Brisbane Airport. Both domestic and international flights fly into Brisbane. Travel time between the Airport and Brisbane Gateway Resort is generally 25 minutes using the Gateway Motorway. Travel times may vary during peak periods.

Access Information:
A scheduled public bus service stops at Brisbane Gateway Resort. The service provides quick access into the Brisbane Central Business District via the South-East-Busway, as well as access to local shopping centres and neighbouring suburbs.

Tariff Information:
All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST). Quoted rates may fluctuate according to expected peak periods. Peak periods generally correspond with school holidays, public holidays and weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) but may include other periods. Quoted rates may fluctuate according to occupancy levels in a particular category of accommodation. Minimum stay periods may apply during expected peak periods or for particular discounted rates and Special Offers.
The payment of a deposit is required before a reservation is confirmed. The amount of the deposit depends on the type of accommodation being booked; the rate type; whether the reservation is during a peak period; and the length of stay. Unless otherwise stated, the deposit will be the first night's tariff or 25 per cent of the total stay, whichever is greater. Some special offer rates, discounted rates and peak periods may require the total stay to be paid up-front as the deposit amount.
