BreakFree French Quarter offers self-contained one and two bedroom apartments or opt to pay a little extra for one of our one or two bedroom deluxe apartments which have been superbly refurbished. All accommodation offers reverse cycle air conditioning, kitchenette including a stove top, microwave, bar fridge, toaster and tea and coffee facilities, in-house movies and cable television. There are also laundry facilities and a balcony or terrace for relaxing in the fresh air.

At the centre of BreakFree French Quarter is a pool, spa and sauna area with a children's wading pool that can be accessed from your room via pathways surrounded by resort gardens. Noosa's famed restaurants and shopping boutiques are literally on the doorstep, with beaches and the National Park just a short stroll away.

Cancellation Information:
Cancellation terms and charges: Central Business District Properties (within capital cities): Up to 24 hours prior to day of arrival check-in time, loss of deposit paid per room. Within 24 hours of day of arrival check-in time, loss of the first nights' accommodation amount.
Leisure Properties: (outside of Capital Cities): Up to 14 days prior to arrival, loss of AUD200.00 deposit paid per room. Between 14 days and 48 hours prior to day of arrival check-in time, 50 per cent of total booking value. Within 48 hours of standard check in time, cancellations are subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee. No shows and cancellations after check in - will be subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee, however if after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any is at the discretion of the property management. Refunds can only be processed back to the credit card that was used to pay for the booking. All other refunds will be paid via cheque or direct deposit only. Refund processing may take up to ten (10) business days.

Further Details:
Maintenance notice: BreakFree French Quarter is currently undertaking refurbishments to apartments which will occur between Monday, 23 May 2011 and Friday, 24 June 2011. There will be a maximum of 10 apartments being renovated during each period. Excessive noise will occur during the first two weeks of each refurbishment period followed by general construction noise. Every effort will be made by the BreakFree team to ensure your comfort throughout the duration of the project. Trades people will be onsite Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. All other dates outside the refurbishment period will be unaffected.

For your convenience they cannot accept bookings for same day arrivals outside of reception hours. Please phone during normal business hours prior to arrival to arrange after hours check in. Once a booking has been made they accept no cancellations or amendments to that booking.

The Two Bedroom Deluxe Apartments are suitable for four or five guests and are their most spacious and fitted out. In the kitchen is a convection microwave oven, dishwasher and two-door refrigerator while in the lounge room is a LCD television and DVD.

This room type also features a second bathroom with a walk in shower and bedding includes a queen bed and two single beds. A fifth guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed (additional charge applies).
